If you were 50 Million Dollars Richer?


Let say you won the lottery, cashed in on a Real Estate investment, you inherited or for any other reason became $50,000,000 dollars richer ... "What would you do with your Money"???

Let's really stop and think about this for at least 10-15 minutes OK?

Here are just a handful of actions Vegas Bob would take if he became $50 million dollars richer ...

First of all I wouldn't tell anyone because there are people in this world that would try to get your money ASAP. Then I would hire several bodyguards to protect me, followed by going to stay somewhere quiet and safe not under my name of course and really think about my next moves for the next few days.

Then of course I would create several trusts for my money, a foundation, living trust, will, LLC's, Corporations, etc. This would be done by a very intelligent attorney. Before I really started investing my $50 million and purchasing material, etc. I would protect all of my assets.

So back to my title question ...

"If you were 50 million dollars Richer?

What is the first thing you would do?

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz Real Estate Fairy 10-20-2013

 
You will never guess who Vegas Bob ran into on Friday 10-20-2013?
The "Real Estate Fairy" and she was very excited to meet Vegas Bob for yet another moment in Las Vegas Nevada.
Vegas Bob was drilling her with different questions about Las Vegas and the serious swing back.

The Real Estate Fairy mentioned to VB that 2014 was going to be a HUGE come back from the crushed economy that the Banks and Lenders had created for Las Vegas Nevada, and across the country.

The Real Estate Fairy mentioned very BIG projects taking place now and towards the end on 2013. And how starting straight into 2014 that Las Vegas was going to "ROCK" with new Commercial Building Projects along THE STRIP, Downtown and other parts of the Las Vegas Valley.

Vegas Bob always gets excited when he runs into the Real Estate Fairy because usually when she stops by to see him she comes with great news ;o)

Latest News from Robert Vegas Bob Swetz 9-8-2013


 There have been followers of Robert Vegas Bob Swetz leaving comments at social networks wondering what he has been doing lately.
 Vegas Bob continues to sell Real Estate in Las Vegas and has been working on huge commercial buildings along Las Vegas Blvd.
 VB was interested in purchasing a condo in the San Diego area but since then has been searching further north. At this time VB in searching for a fixer-upper in the Carson City Nevada area. The reason VB is searching in Carson City is because CC is only 11 miles from Lake Tahoe and puts VB closer to the   "Redwoods" in Northern California.

 Lake Tahoe and the Redwoods in Northern California are 2 of VB's favorite places in the world. VB plans on retiring in the next 2-3 years so he wants to be close to his favorite places.

 The photo at the top of the page is Nu Nu & Sherry sitting on a rock in their swim suits, taking a break after swimming in the cold waters of Tahoe.

 The photo below is Nu Nu standing in the middle of a HUGE Redwood tree in Northern California south of Eureka.

Extraterrestrial & Surfer Girl sighted at Oceanside California by Vegas Bob


On Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz's visit to Oceanside California he came across this very strange "Out of this World" entity leaned up on the railing of the pier. What was this strange looking creature? And if you look real close it look like a ice cream dish and spoon! ET's and ice cream???

And the photos below are of a "Surfer Girl" VB sighted surfing the waves along the Oceanside pier 7-5-2013


The "Surfer Girl" was a little shy but VB was able to finally capture her looking at him ;o)
