Why are so many people purchasing (New Homes) in Las Vegas & Henderson Nevada?
One of the main reasons is because the price of (New Homes) being built in Las Vegas & Henderson are very close to what it cost for a re-sale home, approx 10-20 percent more. And with the "Bidding Wars" that are going on in Las Vegas/Henderson Home Buyers are ending up paying too much for re-sale homes. Another problem is on the BANK OWNED Homes and some SHORT SALES the homes are being sold (AS IS)!
So why would anyone in their right mind purchase a (AS IS) re-sale Home for 10-20 percent less when they could get into a "Brand New" Home with a 10 year warranty on the Structure and other Home Warranties?
