Will Oil Prices Rise in 2016 in the United States?

The price of oil continues to be to be low across the United States of America, and many along with myself wonder if these prices will last.
I myself like the low prices because of all the traveling I do and how much money I have been saving at the gas pumps.
But I know these low prices are effecting Canada and parts of Alaska in a negative way because of all the workers working in the oil industry.

So are these prices going to stay low?
I hope so on my side of the fence, but what about others?

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz - Who's ripping off Local Residents of Alaska?

 

 

Vegas Bob has spent over 90 days in a 4 month period in Anchorage, Wasilla, Seward, Fairbanks and other parts of Alaska.

With approx. 300,000 residents in Anchorage which is the largest city in Alaska, Vegas Bob is wondering "Why" certain things in AK are so "Expensive"???

 

 

Gasoline is approx. 50 cents per gallon more than Las Vegas.

 

Furniture is approx. 30-40% more than Las Vegas.

 

Groceries are 10-15% higher, and fresh produce is approx. 80 % higher than Las Vegas.

 

 

Property taxes in Anchorage are approx. twice as high as Las Vegas. Average home in Anchorage is ... $300,000 and even older homes built in the 70s & 80s.

 

Vegas Bob has had conversation with 'Local Residents" all over Alaska and here are their answers to my questions:

 

 

 

Products for consumers have to be shipped up from the "Lower 48" ... "Please"... 95% of the products that consumers purchase are from CHINA. So why should these products have to go through the Lower 48 before they hit Alaska.

 

Local Residents use to get $900 dollars per person in a household from the oil companies, which they have raised to $1600 dollars. And the oil has to be sent to the "Lower 48" to be refined and sent back to AK.

Alaska has it's own refineries, so "Why" aren't they being used?

 

And the "Locals" will also say to Vegas Bob ... Alaska doesn't have any STATE TAX! So this means nothing because all the products purchased in Alaska are 10-15% higher than the "Lower 48"

 

And the property taxes ... "Local" will say: There isn't anymore vacant land in Anchorage, "Blah-Blah-Blah" and property taxes ... WTF???

 

Oh ... The wages are so much higher in Alaska than the "Lower 48" ... Please, only people working for the oil companies are making the BIG money, just another lie!

 

Now Vegas Bob doesn't know if it's The British, Japanese, Chinese, "FEDERAL GOVERNMENT" or The State of Alaska that continues to ripping off "Local Residents" but Vegas Bob will continue to dig for information ;o(

 

 

So this being said, Vegas Bob is very saddened knowing that "Local Residents" continue to be ripped off ;o(

What could "President Obama" possibly do in a second 4 year term he didn't do in the first?

Well it's starting to look like "President Obama" may be elected another 4 year term ... maybe Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz should have run against the President.


When ever a new president comes into office and nothing gets done Americans always say that they are fixing all the mistakes the president made before them .... "Please" ...this sounds like an excuse.
