Robert Vegas Bob Swetz sells homes at Lake Las Vegas Nevada



That's right "Lake Las Vegas" ... is there such a place?

 Yes there is a beautiful place in Henderson Nevada called ... Lake Las Vegas.
And Robert Vegas Bob Swetz specializes in homes at Lake Las Vegas.

The photo above was taken when I was flying around Henderson and the Las Vegas Valley showing clients great areas to purchase homes and investment properties.


Lake Las Vegas is far enough away from the tourists and business of the Las Vegas Strip and located in a remote area with gold courses, shops, 5 Star Hotels and so much more.

There are quite a few Celebrities that live in the Lake Las Vegas area because they love the Oasis feel and the community of Lake Las Vegas is very safe with guards, gates and great security.


So if your looking for a great place to live in the Las Vegas Valley, Lake Las Vegas is a wonderful place.
I have showed many beautiful, expensive homes around Lake Las Vegas and when I first moved to Las Vegas I really wanted to purchase a home there myself, but never did.

What does Lake Las Vegas and Robert Vegas Bob Swetz have in common?

Lake Las Vegas is by far one of Vegas Bob's favorite communities to show client homes and properties.
The homes in the Lake Las Vegas area are so unique, expensive and private, like having you own Oasis in the Desert.


Lake Las Vegas is located in Henderson Nevada runs southeast of Las Vegas and some people think Henderson is Las Vegas, but it's not. Henderson is it's own city with beautiful homes, great schools and so much more.
Vegas Bob has shown many homes to clients and knows the Lake Las Vegas like the back of his hand.
Lake Las Vegas is very safe with gated areas with and without security guards, depending on how safe you want to feel.
There are quite a few celebrities that live in the Lake Las Vegas community and whenever President Obama visits Las Vegas, he stays at Lake Las Vegas.
If Vegas Bob was to purchase a investment home in the Las Vegas Valley, he would purchase in the Lake Las Vegas community. Why??? Because Vegas Bob believes the values of homes in the Lake Las Vegas community will increase in values above and beyond other communities.

    Robert Vegas Bob Swetz - Who's ripping off Local Residents of Alaska?



    Robert Vegas Bob Swetz - Who's ripping off Local Residents of Alaska?
     
     
    Vegas Bob has spent over 90 days in a 4 month period in Anchorage, Wasilla, Seward, Fairbanks and other parts of Alaska.
    With approx. 300,000 residents in Anchorage which is the largest city in Alaska, Vegas Bob is wondering "Why" certain things in AK are so "Expensive"???
     
     
    Gasoline is approx. 50 cents per gallon more than Las Vegas.
     
    Furniture is approx. 30-40% more than Las Vegas.
     
    Groceries are 10-15% higher, and fresh produce is approx. 80 % higher than Las Vegas.
     
     
    Property taxes in Anchorage are approx. twice as high as Las Vegas. Average home in Anchorage is ... $300,000 and even older homes built in the 70s & 80s.
     
    Vegas Bob has had conversation with 'Local Residents" all over Alaska and here are their answers to my questions:
     
     
     
    Products for consumers have to be shipped up from the "Lower 48" ... "Please"... 95% of the products that consumers purchase are from CHINA. So why should these products have to go through the Lower 48 before they hit Alaska.
     
    Local Residents use to get $900 dollars per person in a household from the oil companies, which they have raised to $1600 dollars. And the oil has to be sent to the "Lower 48" to be refined and sent back to AK.
    Alaska has it's own refineries, so "Why" aren't they being used?
     
    And the "Locals" will also say to Vegas Bob ... Alaska doesn't have any STATE TAX! So this means nothing because all the products purchased in Alaska are 10-15% higher than the "Lower 48"
     
    And the property taxes ... "Local" will say: There isn't anymore vacant land in Anchorage, "Blah-Blah-Blah" and property taxes ... WTF???
     
    Oh ... The wages are so much higher in Alaska than the "Lower 48" ... Please, only people working for the oil companies are making the BIG money, just another lie!
     
    Now Vegas Bob doesn't know if it's The British, Japanese, Chinese, "FEDERAL GOVERNMENT" or The State of Alaska that continues to ripping off "Local Residents" but Vegas Bob will continue to dig for information ;o(
     
     
    So this being said, Vegas Bob is very saddened knowing that "Local Residents" continue to be ripped off ;o(
