Robert Vegas Bob Swetz planning to work for Jack White Real Estate Company Alaska

Robert Swetz has decided to become a "Dual Agent" and selling Real Estate in two different states, Nevada & Alaska.

Robert Swetz is already licensed in the state of Nevada so to become licensed in the state of Alaska all he has to do is study and pass the Alaska State test.

With all the time and traveling that Robert has done in Alaska and all the family members that live here, Robert has fallen in love with Alaska.

Robert has spoken with Real Estate agents in Anchorage & Wasilla only to find out that RE agents are making very-very good money.

So Robert has decided once and for all to give it a try, and will be spending the next several weeks going though the steps to achieve a license in the state of Alaska ;o)

Well Robert Swetz has finally decided on becoming a "Dual Real Estate Agent" ...

Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob will continue to sell Real Estate in the State of Nevada and to also get licensed and sell RE in the State of Alaska.

Now I know there are going to many people out there are wondering how Robert is going to sell RE in the State of Nevada & sell RE in Alaska, because there is so much distance between the two states.

It's only a 5.5 hour flight from Las Vegas to Anchorage, and with family now living in Anchorage & Wasilla ... well, VB can do it.

Vegas Bob has juggled many different businesses, along with selling Real Estate in Nevada, working construction and more. Getting licensed in another state will not stop VB from trying.

Vegas Bob is planning on retiring within the next 4 years so what difference will becoming a Dual Agent be? The only thing that puzzles Vegas Bob is ...

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz would like to personally thank Amy Neuharth for showing me Lake Properties yesterday in Wasilla and Big Lake.

Amy's customer service was incredible and very impressive. I called her and left a message on Amy's voicemail the day before. Amy followed up with a phone call back and then we proceeded to text each other back because VB was not around a computer for several days.

After one day of sending text messages back and forth, VB asked if Amy was available to show me homes that day. Amy replied yes and showed VB homes yesterday and these are some of the properties Amy showed Vegas Bob.

If and when Vegas Bob purchases a lake properties in Wasilla Alaska he will defiantly be using Amy as the buyers agent.

Vegas Bob would like to personally thank Amy and to let Amy's broker at Team Rogers that Amy is a excellent REALTOR ;o)
