Approx. 7-8 years ago Las Vegas Nevada was hit with a terrible Real Estate Market Crash. Even though the Real Estate Market has sprang back sightly, this still doesn't mean it's over.

So personally Vegas Bob (Would Not) purchase a home in Las Vegas Nevada. As for purchasing Commercial or Business Opportunities in Las Vegas, that is a whole different story.
