Working The Bay Area and Building a New Retirement Home by Robert Swetz

Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob - Alaska Bob is seriously thinking about going back down to the Lower 48 and working in either The Bay Area California or Las Vegas Nevada.
The Bay Area is BOOMING now with Apple Campus 2, Microsoft, Netflix, etc. and a massive 5 year project in Downtown San Francisco with 3 skyscraper's one reaching 57 stories.

Robert Swetz is very interested in building a New Retirement Home in Alaska. Robert Already owes the land and now he just needs some extra cash to make this new project happen.

Robert figures if he was to work another 4 years in The Bay Area that this would give him more than enough money to actually build a new retirement home and more than likely have it paid off in full.

Also if Robert Swetz was to work another 4 years in The Bay Area, this would make Robert vested in another Local Union on top of being vested in the Las Vegas Local 2001.
Creating another Local Union to be vested in would create approx. $4,000.00 dollars per month, not including his vestment in Las Vegas when Robert retires.

As we get older "Change" becomes more difficult ...

"Change" is a part of life that is continuous and a part of life that is inevitable.
We all go through "Change" but we are not always in tune with it.


As we get older in age we become very comfortable within our family lives, employment surroundings and where we live. and it becomes very difficult to make that choice of "Change."


Well Robert Swetz is taking a huge step into "Change" in his life, not knowing what really lies in store. Robert has thought about this choice that he is making over & over, day by day. Robert has had more than enough time to make his decision on what his next step will be in life.


The "Change" in Robert's life shall be very interesting and this "Change" will be coming soon ... wish him the best success in him new journey ...


Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz will be moving to San Francisco California for the rest of 2012 to work on construction projects. Robert will continue to sell Real Estate in Las Vegas Nevada and surrounding areas around Nevada.

What could "President Obama" possibly do in a second 4 year term he didn't do in the first?

Well it's starting to look like "President Obama" may be elected another 4 year term ... maybe Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz should have run against the President.


When ever a new president comes into office and nothing gets done Americans always say that they are fixing all the mistakes the president made before them .... "Please" ...this sounds like an excuse.
