Here is a photograph I took over one week ago of a new project I will be working on in Santa Clara California.
I was lined up to work at Apple but only to find out that the Apple project is manned up and has been for a while. If I would have staying in California in December of 2015 then I would have been working at Apple. But I chose to spend 5 months with my wife and family in Alaska for the last 5 months and I am glad I made that choice.
This building in the photo above in only 1 of 5 buildings that will be built and if I like this project and they like me, I could be working here for 1-2 years.
And the company that is building this Santa Clara project has a HUGE project in downtown San Francisco that I might be able to work on after this project is complete.
If I play my cards right with this glass company I may be able to possibly retire after working with them for the next 4-5 years ;o)
And if I work down in the Bay Area for the next 4-5 years I will be bringing my wife down here to stay until I am finished and the boys will be going into the Air Force and Marines in 2 years.
