Sunrise on Black Friday in Gilroy California from Vegas Bob

Good morning everybody and yes today is the number one shopping day of the year. Vegas Bob will not be in any shopping malls today because he doesn't like crowds.
On my drive to Las Vegas yesterday from California the sun was rising in Gilroy California, Garlic Capital of the World.
The traffic was heavy so I was only driving around 30 miles per hour. As I was driving Vegas Bob saw the sun rays beaming through the morning fog and it was breath-taking. So with one of my old cell phones I pointed it through the windshield with my right hand and snapped several photos with my iPhone Apple 4 ...
Here is the result, God's light beaming through the fog ;o)

Here are some photos that Robert Swetz captured early this morning at 1:30am 11-15-2014 in Anchorage Alaska.
 
Please forgive Robert for the blurriness of the photo, because they were taken with his iPhone.
 
 
 
 
Robert Swetz aka "Vegas Bob" doesn't have his laptop connected to the Internet. So these photos were taken with his Nikon D90 with (NO) tripod. Then the photos were uploaded to one of his cheaper laptops and the photos were taken from his iPhone directly from his laptop screen.
 
 
The photographs look much better loaded from his D90 on the laptop and the photos would have turned out much better if Vegas Bob had used a tripod.
 
So Vegas Bob will be going out tonight more prepared than last night and will do his best to capture better photos for everyone to view ;o)

    Here are several photographs taken from Vegas Bob's iPhone this morning following some great Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) captured 5 hours before this.
     
     

    When these photographs were taken it approx. 180 degrees of the shy was colored, not like only where the sun is rising.

    Finally some great Photographs of Alaska loaded by Robert Swetz 9-5-2014
     
    Well after about one week of no internet Vegas Bob rolled over to a public library and purchased a non-resident card in Anchorage. ;o)
     
     
     
    For now I am only loading up some wonderful photos from several days ago that were taken from my iPhone. And when I find more time I will load up some great photos from my Nikon D 90.
     
     
    So for now please enjoy what I have presented here, I spent almost 2 hours at this very beautiful lake only 45 minutes south of Anchorage Alaska.
     
     
    The last photo above was taken on a very beautiful river that is full of many different types of "Trophy Fish"
    Because I finally have access to a computer, I will be hitting the Internet with full force for around 2 hours. ;o)

    Well after over one week in Las Vegas, Robert Swetz finally found time to load up some photos of Alaska from his Nikon D90


    Here are 4 wonderful photographs of Seward Alaska at the top of the page. Red Cabin Lodge at Hatchers Pass 20 miles north of Wasilla right above.


    Above are natural flowers that grow all over Alaska and this photo was taken in Palmer Alaska.


    And the last photo above was also taken in Palmer AK.
    I am in the process of uploading some very beautiful short videos to my YouTube accounts.
    Please try and remember, photographs always have restrictions within the frame captured, and limited in height & width. 

    Viewing the beauty of Alaska with the naked eye is beyond any photograph that I have shown you here ...
