The median price of homes in Las Vegas increased in June to $235,000 which is up 6.8 percent from $220,000 one year ago in 2015. And local condominiums, town homes including high-rise condos sold in June of 2016 were $115,000 which is the same as one year ago.
The total number of existing homes, condominiums and town homes sold in June 2016 was 3,957.
The real estate transactions tracked through MLS during June was more than $898 million for homes and more than $87 million for condos.
