Are there any Mortgage Lenders in California that will lend on Manufactured Home?
There is a big chance that I may be working in northern California for the next 3-5 years.
I am not interested in purchasing a home around San Jose California for 800 to 900K or purchase a condo for around 600K so I am interested in purchasing a manufactured home for around 200K.
The problem is most banks and lenders won't borrow money to people interested in purchasing a manufactured home.
So does anyone know of any lenders that will borrow money towards a manufactured home?
