2017 Construction & Real Estate in Las Vegas Nevada by Robert Swetz

Today is January 1st 2017 and will be the start of a great year and construction for Las Vegas Nevada.

After the real estate crash many years ago Las Vegas took a hard hit and the housing market was crushed.

Construction in Las Vegas Nevada also fell and there has been very little large construction projects built in Las Vegas for 6+ years.

With a (new) president in office that actually likes Las Vegas Nevada this will all change in 2017.

Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob is predicting by summer of 2017 that Las Vegas will be starting up some HUGE construction projects.

With new construction projects being built in Las Vegas Nevada the real estate market will start to take off to the way it was so many years ago.

The market may be slow around the country, but the Commercial Properties and Commercial Vacant Land in Las Vegas Nevada continue to to rise and grow.

Belonging to the High Rise Association I have learned that within the next 20 years Las Vegas will be building approx 200 new High Rise Luxury Condo Buildings. There are 8 phases and Las Vegas is in only on phase one.

Because of the shortage of land in the valley close to downtown and the Strip, and the new building of High Rise Buildings any property located in this area will be very, very valuable.

Their just waiting for a new president to take office and several other plans to fall into place.

Resorts World Las Vegas Genting Group by Alaska Bob

Resorts World Las Vegas is finally being built in Las Vegas Nevada.

In 2014 there was a 'Buzz' about the construction project of Resorts World Las Vegas on it's way, but there was very little action and or building being done.

Now in 2016 Resorts World Las Vegas will finally be on it's way and concrete of the parking ramp has been under way so the construction workers have a place to park while working on the project.

I am very excited to say that when Resorts World Las Vegas is in full swing that I Robert Swetz will be working on this project that will take approx. 2-3 years to complete.

New President in 2016 creates BOOM in Las Vegas by Robert Swetz

Las Vegas Nevada has been getting ready to "Rock n Roll" in the Construction Industry for around 2+ years now!
The number one stumbling block has been President Obama and congress that surrounds him.

Approx. 4-5 different times during President Obama's term in office he stated on television, newspapers, etc for people to (not) go to Las Vegas Nevada.
Also President Obama & Congress (did not) use any stimulus money to help Las Vegas when the Real Estate Market crashed, he stated that the city of Las Vegas Nevada could could maintain without it.

Well that being said, MGM, Harrah's, and Corporate America connected with Las Vegas Nevada really hasn't built any huge projects since.
High Roller Ferris Wheel, new stadium and a handful of other projects are about the only construction that has been build in Las Vegas.

But now with a (New) President coming into office in 2016, Las Vegas Nevada if going to bust loose and the construction BOOM will be alive and strong, and it's about time.
The video at the (Top) of the page is one huge Construction Project that has already broke ground and will be going strong by Summer of 2016 ;o)
