Do you want to continue viewing photos of ALASKA by Robert Swetz?

I have been posting quite a few photographs of ALASKA that I have been taking over the last several weeks.
And I am wondering if my readers and viewers are getting tired of looking at the photos?
I will continue to post photos of ALASKA and please let me know if you would like to see more new ones or if you want to read about other subjects on real estate, etc ...

I deleted one of my FaceBook accounts today and there may be more ...


I deleted one of my FaceBook accounts today and there may be more ...
Late last evening and into this morning I started to unfriend family and friends at one of my FaceBook accounts.


The FaceBook a account that I just deleted was opened up in March of 2008 so it took me around 2+ hours to delete everything.
I know FaceBook and the FBI keep everything that was ever loaded including photos, friends, etc but I still wanted to delete what I could.

I have a couple other FaceBook accounts that I will be cleaning up, dropping so called friends and acquaintances, and possibly deleting?

So if for some reason you were a family member and or friend of my FaceBook account that's gone, please search Robert Swetz, Vegas Bob or Alaska Bob and I might add you as a friend ;o)

Here are some great photographs that I took at the old Imperial Palace in Las Vegas Nevada which is now part of the LINQ Hotel Casino.


These photos were taken with a wide angle so a couple of them look kind of strange, especially the red T-Bird in the photo below.
And right below the T-Bird photo is a great video I took in downtown Henderson Nevada many years ago.

    Robert Vegas Bob Swetz Bored with Social Media

    Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob has been bored with Social Media for the last couple years.

    Back in 2008 when I started experimenting with blogging, joining social networks like FaceBook, Twitter, etc, I thought wow this is fun. But after the many years of plugging the networks and reading some of the garbage on Social Networks I have been very bored for the last couple years, maybe longer.


    Vegas Bob is just not feeling the positive vibes of Social Networking and in completely bored with it.
    "Sorry Folks" nothing personal just voicing my opinion and expressing my feelings.
    You will be viewing less and less of my written material, photos and videos in the near future.

    I finally was able to break away from work on Labor Day weekend and visit my family in Alaska.
    The last time I was in Alaska was in 2016 so you might understand my excitement being there again.

    I am wrapping up a job in Silicon Valley in NorCal so it's very difficult for me to break away.
    I spent some quality time in Homer with my wife and we looked at some real estate.

    On my visit I took many photographs and the photo above was taken at sunrise Labor Day morning on Lucille Lake in Wassilla Alaska 40 miles north of Anchorage.

    The clouds were racing across the sky over Lucille Lake so I was taking many photos of the clouds reflecting across the water, so stay tuned for more photos.
