The election will be coming to an end next week and along with the end of election will come a Shift in the Real Estate Industry.
Interest rates will rise, inventory of homes may grow and home prices in some major cities may drop.
So just a heads up everyone ... It doesn't matter who gets elected for president of the United States of America, interest rates are going to rise!
There has been so much "Drama" from this election that it would be nice if everyone would calm down after we get a new president and move on with their lives and business.
Democrat - Republican ... "What's the Difference" their all friends and part of the political arena ;o)

As Real Estate Agents & Brokers we need to be very-very careful about what we tell our clients, get the facts straight about rising prices, inventory, interest rates, supply & demand, investments, guaranteed views, guaranteed anything for that matter. There have been many days that I have been around the offices where I do business, only to hear loud phone conversations like ... There is very little inventory, so you better buy now! Interest Rates are going to rise so you better get locked in! Home Values are not going to be going down! You will never have obstructed views from this home, condo, commercial building, etc! This home is haunted or not haunted!
I could go on and on about some of the conversations of Real Estate Agents, but I won't! All I am saying is when it comes to this type of information along with others I have not mentioned ... "ZIP YOUR MOUTH" Even if your think you know the facts about Buildings, Homes, Condos, Vacant Land, etc, "ZIP IT" and please let your client do the talking.
