As Real Estate Agents & Brokers we need to be very-very careful about what we tell our clients, get the facts straight about rising prices, inventory, interest rates, supply & demand, investments, guaranteed views, guaranteed anything for that matter. There have been many days that I have been around the offices where I do business, only to hear loud phone conversations like ... There is very little inventory, so you better buy now! Interest Rates are going to rise so you better get locked in! Home Values are not going to be going down! You will never have obstructed views from this home, condo, commercial building, etc! This home is haunted or not haunted!
