Low Inventory and Bidding Wars on Homes For Sale in Las Vegas Nevada

Low Inventory and Bidding Wars on Homes For Sale in Las Vegas Nevada

Inventory of homes for sale in Las Vegas and Henderson continues to shrink creating bidding wars with home buyers across the Las Vegas Valley.

With such low inventory with resale homes, investors and other persons of interest are paying 10-20-30 thousand dollars over asking price.

These homes (Are Not) worth the prices they are selling for, and when the bubble pops again these home owners will lose their rear ends like they did the last time.

Now there are hundreds of NEW homes being build across the Las Vegas Valley, but sales are mostly controlled by home builders and are selling way above what they are worth.

Be Careful When purchasing a Home in Certain Cities across the Untited States

Be Careful When Purchasing a Home in Certain Cities across the United States ...

For anyone interested in purchasing a home around the Bay Area in northern California, parts of Los Angeles, Manhattan, Miami, Seattle, Portland, San Diego, just to name a few because you are paying too much money.

The housing market in many major cities across the United States is way over inflated now, and has been for the last couple years.
Take a close look at prices right now and take notes of the type of home you interested in purchasing for example: City, # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms and so forth and of course the price.
If the home your interested in is going for $500,000 and coming this spring March, April, May is listing for $530,000 then your getting ripped off.
Realtors always explain to home owners selling their homes to boot up the price in spring because this is when most buyers search the market, tax season.

So a just a heads-up from Robert Vegas Bob Swetz if your interested in purchasing a home in the next 1-2 years. Unless you are getting a smoking deal on the price many are over inflated in cities across the nation, so I would wait.

Something BIG is going down in the next couple years and prices will more than likely drop tremendously.

Vegas Bob will be waiting and watching very closely at the Housing Market and don't say I didn't tell you so ...

Alaska Bob - Vegas Bob - Robert Swetz Connections with Zillow.com

Alaska Bob - Vegas Bob - Robert Swetz Connections with Zillow.com

Alaska Bob/Vegas Bob aka Robert Swetz is still connected with Zillow and for anyone interested in Real Estate in Las Vegas & Henderson Nevada, you know how to reach me.

Las Vegas & Henderson will be going into full swing with (new) construction projects around Las Vegas Blvd and surrounding areas in 2016-2017.
The Real Estate crash that happened many years ago really effected the Las Vegas Valley in a very negative way, but the market has taken a full swing.

Now is a great time to purchase real estate in the Las Vegas Valley before many of the construction workers start rolling into town and start working on the new projects.
Once the workers start flocking in the inventory will get lower and prices will rise.

Pulling Comps for Real Estate - Professional Real Estate Agent, Zillow or Trulia?

Pulling Comps for Real Estate - Professional Real Estate Agent, Zillow or Trulia?

For all you "Surfers" of the World Wide Web that are interested in purchasing Real Estate across the Nation ...

Who would you Trust for Pulling Comps for Real Estate?

A Professional Real Estate Broker or Agent?

Zillow? or Trulia?

Zillow.com and Trulia.com are searched "Day-in & Day-out" by people interested in either purchasing Real Estate or selling Real Estate across the nation.

The problem is, searching Homes and Prices of Homes on either one of these two networks are very misinforming, out dated and inacurate.

So many potential clients that are interested in Real Estate will contact Brokers & Agents with questions about prices, values, homes on the market, etc, that they have viewed on Zillow & Trulia only to find out that the information may be false or outdated.

So that being said:

Professional Real Estate Broker or Agent?

Zillow? or Trulia?

Las Vegas & Henderson Homes continue to sell by Robert Vegas Bob Swetz

Las Vegas & Henderson Homes continue to sell by Robert Vegas Bob Swetz

The real estate market in the Las Vegas Valley continues to "Boom" with large numbers of sales in existing homes and (new) homes being constructed.

Vegas Bob's projections for the future of real estate in the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas is "YES" ...

Vegas Bob really doesn't see sales, etc in the real state market slowing down in the Las Vegas Valley.

So my suggestion would be ...

If your interested in owning a piece of the "Entertainment Capital of the World"

Then now is the time to purchase before prices rise ;o)

"You know how to reach "Vegas Bob" ... give me a call anytime to talk about real estate
