Real Estate Market For 2017 and 2018 by Robert Vegas Bob Swetz
Real Estate Market For 2017 and 2018 by Robert Vegas Bob Swetz
Robert Vegas Bob Swetz would like to share some advice for anyone interested in purchasing a home in the United States in 2017 or 2018.
Home buyers should try and be careful when purchasing a home within the next two years. Vegas Bob personally thinks the Real Estate Market is unstable, and for middle class people interested in purchasing a home try and stick with what's affordable. Don't bite off more than you can chew and purchase some huge overpriced home that you don't really need.
Now for anyone reading this post that has millions of dollars and or has a life where money is not a problem, by all means purchase what ever priced home you wish.
Vegas Bob does not want this post to be a doom and gloom about the Real Estate Market in 2017 and 2018, but Vegas Bob believes some Major Event will take place within the next two years that will drive the values down by the 3rd year after which would be 2019.
How long and how far will the values go down? I am really unsure!
BE CAREFUL ...

Pulling Comps for Real Estate - Professional Real Estate Agent, Zillow or Trulia?
Pulling Comps for Real Estate - Professional Real Estate Agent, Zillow or Trulia?
For all you "Surfers" of the World Wide Web that are interested in purchasing Real Estate across the Nation ...
Who would you Trust for Pulling Comps for Real Estate?
A Professional Real Estate Broker or Agent?
Zillow? or Trulia?
Zillow.com and Trulia.com are searched "Day-in & Day-out" by people interested in either purchasing Real Estate or selling Real Estate across the nation.
The problem is, searching Homes and Prices of Homes on either one of these two networks are very misinforming, out dated and inacurate.
So many potential clients that are interested in Real Estate will contact Brokers & Agents with questions about prices, values, homes on the market, etc, that they have viewed on Zillow & Trulia only to find out that the information may be false or outdated.
So that being said:

How much do these homes cost at Carmel By The Sea in Monterey Bay California?
How much do these homes cost at Carmel By The Sea in Monterey Bay California?
Here are some average looking homes I came across as I was walking around Carmel By The Sea in California.
These homes (are not) located directly to the coastline of the pacific coast, but are fairly close.
So just by looking at these beautiful looking homes, can anyone tell me off the top of their head roughly how much these homes may be worth?
The price range and values of all these homes are very close and similar because they are located in the same area, on the same block ... Give or take $100,000

Real Estate Agents Talking with Clients can be like Pissin' In The Wind by Jerry Jeff Walker
Real Estate Agents Talking with Clients can be like Pissin' In The Wind by Jerry Jeff Walker
Now before I explain this story and classic song by Jerry Jeff Walker let's get this straight, woman can't piss in the wind and please don't be offended by my post.
As Real Estate Agents & Brokers we need to be very-very careful about what we tell our clients, get the facts straight about rising prices, inventory, interest rates, supply & demand, investments, guaranteed views, guaranteed anything for that matter.
There have been many days that I have been around the offices where I do business, only to hear loud phone conversations like ...
There is very little inventory, so you better buy now!
Interest Rates are going to rise so you better get locked in!
Home Values are not going to be going down!
You will never have obstructed views from this home, condo, commercial building, etc!
This home is haunted or not haunted!
I could go on and on about some of the conversations of Real Estate Agents, but I won't!
All I am saying is when it comes to this type of information along with others I have not mentioned ...
"ZIP YOUR MOUTH"
Even if your think you know the facts about Buildings, Homes, Condos, Vacant Land, etc, "ZIP IT" and please let your client do the talking.
And if your client does ask certain questions that can get you in a pinch, know what not to say and or direct them to a professional that knows ;o)
Please enjoy this old classic tune by Jerry Jeff Walker ...

Because when it comes to certain facts about Real Estate, even if you think you know, it could be like ...
