Companies, Businesses & Workers Be Very Careful of this Person in 2018

Starting January 1st 2018 Robert Vegas Bob Swetz will be on the prowl for specific workers with Companies & Businesses.

For the last 2-3 years Robert Swetz has been working for Glass Companies and visiting certain Companies & Businesses in Nevada and the state of California.

Well some workers within the Construction Companies for years have been straight out rude with nasty comments, etc.

And this goes for some department stores, gas stations and other places of Business.

Please note:  Lately I (have not) come across this happening within the Real Estate Industry, "knock on wood"

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz is all about customer service and treating everyone equal whether it's co-workers and or any Companies & Businesses for that matter.

So while Robert Swetz continues to work construction in California or Nevada with co-workers and purchasing at stores, etc, Robert Swetz (will not) tolerate any rude remarks and or poor customer service.

Robert Swetz will give co-workers 3 strikes and then contact either management or human resources. Department stores, gas stations, etc with poor customer service and rude comments will not be tolerated. 

Please note if anyone really gets under Robert Swetz's skin he will send emails to the higher ups in the corporations & businesses expecting an apology. If Robert Swetz (does not) get an apology he will express his opinion of these businesses over the World Wide Web and it won't be pretty ...

The grass is never greener on the other side

There is a old saying the grass is greener on the other side of the road, fence, etc.

And after many years of working with different companies, living in different states, cities and going through several relationships I have to say the grass is NOT greener.

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz has lived in around 5 different states in his life, around 12 different cities, traveled to many countries and cities across the world, and been through a couple different marriages.

And the grass in never greener on the other side

Now this is not to say that a certain job, relationship, etc might have come to a end and a change might be better.

But is it really?

Green is Green no matter what side of the road your on.

Life is a ever changing, experiencing different types of jobs, living in different states, cities and being in different relationships.

But if your thinking that it might be greener or better on the other side, take a close look at yourself, your job, where you live, your relationship.

The problem could possibly be something about you!

Some simple thing that could easily change the situation your in instead of trying to find greener grass ...

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz to create a Lead Generating Network for Real Estate similar to Zillow

In the many years I have been in the Real Estate Industry I have always wondered "why" some Brokers and Agents purchase Leads from networks and companies that (don't) sell Real Estate.

The way I see it ... why doesn't MLS and or Real Estate Divisions across the Nation either sell or give leads to Brokers & Agents in every State, City and Town across the Nation?

10 years ago Vegas Bob paid for leads for one year with "Zero" return.
And 4 years ago I paid Zillow for 6 months and spring of 2015 for leads on a weak zip code in Henderson Nevada with "Zero" return ;o(

Now if Brokers and Agents want to purchase "Prime" zip codes in certain areas across the nation they can pay up to $3,000 dollars per month ... WTF!!!

And that being said it has crossed my mind many times over the years ... "Why doesn't Vegas Bob create his own Lead Generating Network"?

Build it, sell Leads to Brokers/Agents and then after 1-2-3 years turn around and sell it to Zillow and or another Lead Generating Network for several million!!!

Plant your seeds, Nurture them and with Patience they will grow ... ;o)

Robert "Vegas Bob" Swetz planted hundreds of thousands of seeds within all his different businesses 5 years ago. 

When Robert first planted these seeds within the world wide web, networks, websites and videos he thought that the seeds would grow immediately. 

Well it takes time for any seeds to grow, we must nurture them with water, sunlight, patience and they will grow. And if we take care of these seeds, small plants and trees, they can return a harvest that will be plentiful.

Robert's seeds that he planted 5 years ago started to produce a decent harvest about 2-3 years after they were planted. But now after 5 years these little seeds have grown in great harvest and very profitable plants and trees within his businesses.

So for any of you that have planted seeds like Robert 1-2-3 years ago, please be patient, have faith and a positive attitude, because they will come around ;o)
