Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob received a email yesterday on winning over $9,000,000 dollars and today he will be going to the bank to prepare for purchasing a new home and car.

Robert Swetz has told himself many times over the past that if he was to win and or be awarded millions of dollars, he would never announce it and would change his name.

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz to create a Lead Generating Network for Real Estate similar to Zillow

In the many years I have been in the Real Estate Industry I have always wondered "why" some Brokers and Agents purchase Leads from networks and companies that (don't) sell Real Estate.

The way I see it ... why doesn't MLS and or Real Estate Divisions across the Nation either sell or give leads to Brokers & Agents in every State, City and Town across the Nation?

10 years ago Vegas Bob paid for leads for one year with "Zero" return.
And 4 years ago I paid Zillow for 6 months and spring of 2015 for leads on a weak zip code in Henderson Nevada with "Zero" return ;o(

Now if Brokers and Agents want to purchase "Prime" zip codes in certain areas across the nation they can pay up to $3,000 dollars per month ... WTF!!!

And that being said it has crossed my mind many times over the years ... "Why doesn't Vegas Bob create his own Lead Generating Network"?

Build it, sell Leads to Brokers/Agents and then after 1-2-3 years turn around and sell it to Zillow and or another Lead Generating Network for several million!!!

If you were 50 Million Dollars Richer?

Let say you won the lottery, cashed in on a Real Estate investment, you inherited or for any other reason became $50,000,000 dollars richer ... "What would you do with your Money"???

Let's really stop and think about this for at least 10-15 minutes OK?

Here are just a handful of actions Vegas Bob would take if he became $50 million dollars richer ...

First of all I wouldn't tell anyone because there are people in this world that would try to get your money ASAP. Then I would hire several bodyguards to protect me, followed by going to stay somewhere quiet and safe not under my name of course and really think about my next moves for the next few days.

Then of course I would create several trusts for my money, a foundation, living trust, will, LLC's, Corporations, etc. This would be done by a very intelligent attorney. Before I really started investing my $50 million and purchasing material, etc. I would protect all of my assets.

So back to my title question ...

"If you were 50 million dollars Richer?

What is the first thing you would do?

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz has been hiking around "Calico Basin" at Red Rock State park in Nevada only 20 minutes from Las Vegas.
Vegas Bob and his wife Nu Nu had their eyes on a 5 acre partial around 3 years ago. When ever VB would go hiking around Calico Basin, which is about 2-3 times per week he would always stand on the top of the 5 acre partial. VB would daydream that some day he would purchase the property.
3 years ago VB & Nu Nu met the owners on the property, at that time VB asked the owner how much they were asking for the 5 acre partial. The owner said he would sell the partial for 275,000 CASH. VB asked if they would take 50,000 down and carry the balance for 5 years, the owner said no ... that they wanted cash for another investment.
Well ... VB was hiking around Calico Basin today 1-18-2012 and there was a Real Estate sign on the property, so VB called the agent to ask if the property was still for sale.
The agent called back and said the 5 are partial was in contract and sold for ...


2 Million dollars ...


When I listened to the message on my voice mail I almost started crying, called my wife Nu Nu and mentioned to her that we missed the chance of making 1.5 Million dollars in a 3 year period ... ;o(


Vegas Bob is very and will run with his instincts next time ...
