Robert Vegas Bob Swetz would like to share some advice for anyone interested in purchasing a home in the United States in 2017 or 2018.
Home buyers should try and be careful when purchasing a home within the next two years. Vegas Bob personally thinks the Real Estate Market is unstable, and for middle class people interested in purchasing a home try and stick with what's affordable. Don't bite off more than you can chew and purchase some huge overpriced home that you don't really need.

  
 Now for anyone reading this post that has millions of dollars and or has a life where money is not a problem, by all means purchase what ever priced home you wish.
Vegas Bob does not want this post to be a doom and gloom about the Real Estate Market in 2017 and 2018, but Vegas Bob believes some Major Event will take place within the next two years that will drive the values down by the 3rd year after which would be 2019.
How long and how far will the values go down? I am really unsure!

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz has been watching football for 50 years of his life and he has never seen such a rigged Super Bowl as last nights game between the Atlanta Falcons and the New England Patriots.

Personally I think it's all about Money & Greed, Point Spreads and whoever had the most to loose decided the fate of the game.

I have never in my 50 years of watching NFL football ever seen a team like the Falcons last evening play great football in the first half, and then literally stop playing in the second half. 

Some super power of money basically told the Atlanta Falcons team, you need to lose the game ... too much money is riding on it.

The Super Bowl is really no different than a boxing match and boxing matches have been thrown for many years.

Sports stars are really not much different than actors in the movie industry, paid to entertain and there was some great acting last evening.

Between all the lies from the News Media, United States Government and now the lies have found there way into the NFL.

 

 I am so very disappointed ;o(

Ever since crash of the Real Estate in the United States illegal aliens have continued pouring into the country working for non-union companies taking union workers jobs away in the construction industry.

Illegals find their way across the border and flee to certain cities, find a place to hide and get fake Social Security Cards, fake drivers license, etc.

In Las Vegas Nevada illegals go to the cross street of North Pecos & East Bonanza to get their fake SS cards and or fake drivers license. And how would Vegas Bob know this? Because I have worked with people from Mexico that told me this.
In fact around 10 years ago I became very good friends with a worker from Mexico and he said you Americans are so stupid!
You just don't get it or see what's going on do you?
The people from Mexico have an agenda. We keep coming to America, have 5-6 children per family sometimes more and most Americans only have 2 children in their family.
Just do the math and you will see that as time goes on the Mexican population will grow larger then the Americans and or Caucasians that have been born and raised in America.

Vegas Bob doesn't have any problems with people from Mexico and or people that were born here from ancestors from Mexico. In fact Vegas Bob has some very close friends for 10-20 years that are Latino or Hispanic from Mexico.
And it's not just the illegals from Mexico that are taking Americans jobs away. There are some Chinese, African, Middle Eastern, South Americans, illegals from Southeast Asia, Russia and many other parts of the world.

The United States Government and Congress have to put a stop to all the illegal aliens coming into America before it's too late, if it's not already.
I seriously believe Corporate America pays off the government so they look the other way. Because Corporate America only cares about MONEY and the profits they make from employing illegal aliens in America.
I seriously think that the greed of money and huge Corporations in America will lead to the fall of America.

With Donald Trump becoming then new president of the United States, I have been wondering if president Trump and congress will expose the cover up about UFOs & Extraterrestrials?

For anyone interested in purchasing a home around the Bay Area in northern California, parts of Los Angeles, Manhattan, Miami, Seattle, Portland, San Diego, just to name a few because you are paying too much money.

The housing market in many major cities across the United States is way over inflated now, and has been for the last couple years. 
Take a close look at prices right now and take notes of the type of home you interested in purchasing for example: City, # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms and so forth and of course the price.
If the home your interested in is going for $500,000 and coming this spring March, April, May is listing for $530,000 then your getting ripped off.
Realtors always explain to home owners selling their homes to boot up the price in spring because this is when most buyers search the market, tax season.

 

So a just a heads-up from Robert Vegas Bob Swetz if your interested in purchasing a home in the next 1-2 years. Unless you are getting a smoking deal on the price many are over inflated in cities across the nation, so I would wait.

Something BIG is going down in the next couple years and prices will more than likely drop tremendously.

Vegas Bob will be driving his wife's car through Canada from Anchorage to Las Vegas in May 2017

Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob's wife checked on prices with carriers on shipping her SUV from Anchorage to Las Vegas, and they want around $2500 dollars.
Vegas Bob thinks this to too much money so he mentioned to his wife that he would drive the car down through Canada.

Vegas Bob's wife can't drive with because she will be flying with her boys to the Philippines and then to Myanmar for one month.
This will be a long drive of 3500 approx miles from Anchorage to Las Vegas but Vegas Bob can take photos, videos and travel through beautiful Canada.
So are there any Canadians that would like to meet Vegas Bob on his drive from Anchorage to Las Vegas?
