Robert Vegas Bob Swetz has Lost That Loving Feeling

In late 2017 Robert Swetz started really losing that Loving Feeling of blogging and expressing himself within the World Wide Web.
It kind of started with all these invasion of privacy bleeps from FaceBook, Google and some of the other companies, car rentals, booking airline tickets, hotels, etc.
I have been slowly falling off the grid within most networks except maybe ActiveRain, because this network doesn't seem to be raping me of personal rights.

And the line I hear from just about everybody when it comes to networks collecting personal data ... "who cares" and "what can they possibly do with every ones information" "I have nothing to hide" ... Blah-Blah-Blah.
Or "they already have all my information"

How can anyone think that when you close your doors in your home and or your bedroom that they don't know what's happening?
They know everything and what are they doing with all this information? The data is being stored within a mass computer somewhere with unlimited 24 hr, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

So yes ... Robert Vegas Bob Swetz has Lost that Loving Feeling!

Latest Breaking News on Robert Swetz Working on GOOGLE Projects

Robert Swetz just found out today that he will be working on (New) Google Construction Projects in Silicon Valley in Northern California.

Google has many (New) buildings, etc going up in the very near future in California.

In early fall of 2018 Robert Swetz has been dialed in on working on these new projects.

Robert Swetz (does not) want to disclose the company he will be working for, the exact projects, etc for security and or other reasons.

But if Robert Swetz plays his cards right and zips his lip he may just be working on (New) projects for GOOGLE for the next 4-5 years and possibly retire from one of these projects ;o)

I have lost Face with FaceBook by Robert Vegas Bob Swetz

Around 2 months ago I closed 2 FaceBook accounts and still have 2 others active. The problem is with all these privacy breaches that have been going on with FaceBook I am very disappointed. Also July 14th FaceBook has a (NEW) privacy policy that the network just wants you to click agree on, and I'm sure without having the time to read it and or understand it's contents.

So that being said I will no longer be logging into my 2 FaceBook accounts after July 7th because I do not want to be a part of this type of network that robs me of my personal information, data collecting, etc.

If you want to find me then Google Robert Swetz, Vegas Bob and or Robert Vegas Bob Swetz there is plenty of information and other networks to find me.

I will be blogging on Blogger.com which in owned by Google and of course the ActiveRain network.

I have been with the ActiveRain network as long as FaceBook and AR doesn't collect all this personal data like FB. And with a smaller group of friends and associates it's more personal, etc. With very few posts post about politics, news, etc the ActiveRain network is a great place to be.

Not logging into FaceBook is going to be very hard and I am sure I will go through some type of withdrawals but most 90% of my life was lived without FaceBook ... I will be fine ;o)

Silicon Valley California or Las Vegas for Robert Swetz?

At the moment Robert Swetz has been preparing himself physically and mentally for the next new construction project to come his way.
Robert has checked some new projects out and likes several but none that are really close to where he lives in San Jose. Robert was offered several jobs in downtown San Francisco but (does not) want to spend 4 hours per day commuting from SJ to SF.

There are many new construction projects getting ready light up in Las Vegas Nevada and the Bay Area. But at this moment Robert being patient about where his next move will be. Robert doesn't really want to take any job but is really trying to let fate direct him into the next project.
Robert's gut feeling will let him know which construction project he will be landing and has been doing this for the last 3 years now, and it's been working very well.
Robert would really like to get on the (new) Google project coming up in Mountain View California.
And Robert would really like to work at Resorts World Las Vegas Nevada but both projects have been pushed to a later date in fall of 2018 or early spring of 2019.

Still patiently waiting ...

Now would be a good time to change pass words on your email accounts ...

It's been quite a while since I have changed my pass words to my email accounts and with all the important information within my email accounts, I did recently change them.

I dropped or quit using my Yahoo email accounts many years ago and flipped over to Gmail around 10 years ago.
I have around 3 major email accounts for my businesses and 2 for personal.
Recently Google notified me with a email that persons with several IP addresses where trying to get into my Gmail account. In the email is did show the actual IP number, type of device being used and also pin pointed the location like a GPS chip.
I don't know about you but on my email accounts connected to my businesses there is some very important information with clients, Doc U Sign information, bids, etc.

So here is what I did ...
I changed my email pass words to very difficult ones like

HappY1937%^&

Now one may ask how will I ever remember these new passwords, write them down and don't put them in your smart phone because you could lose your phone and or it could also be hacked.

Refrain from online banking, there are companies all over the world that have people retrieving information off our computers, smart phones, etc. on the back end.
And if you are going to do any online banking always log out of accounts, log out of all email accounts, delete all history every day along with pass words on your computers and smart phones and please turn (OFF) your laptops or home computers.

Now days people have become so lazy by leaving everything logged in, turned on, etc and this is just a easy way of hackers, etc coming into your business and stealing from you private information.

Yes Robert Vegas Bob Swetz Reads Tarot Cards

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz owns a Tarot card deck and has been reading Tarot cards for 35 years.

Robert Swetz's ancestors on his mother's side come from Romania along with Czechoslovakia (Czech Republic) on his Father's side so you could say Robert is a bit of a gypsy.

There are some people that think reading Tarot is evil but I think it's just fine.

Robert Swetz has a Riders Tarot Deck wrapped in Silk to hold the energy of the cards, and word has it people that read Tarot cards should never read their own.

Robert has to make a big decision on whether he is going to stay in California and work construction or go back to Las Vegas.

Robert has been set up in the Bay Area (Mountain View) in May 2018 to work at Google, and has also been set up to work at Resorts World Las Vegas in May 2018.

Robert is very undecided on which project he is going to work on, there is no gut feeling and both projects have their pros & cons.

Robert knows he cannot work at both projects so he has set up a Tarot Reading on Thursday after work 1/25/2018 and the cards will decide where he will be working in summer 2018.

Thinking about retiring in the next 3-4 years I was wondering with State and City across the United States would be the best for Real Estate Investments.
I have Google searched this many times over the last several years and the results come back different from search to search.
So I am wondering if anyone reading this may have also searched and or may be as curious as I am.

Working and living in Northern California for the last 3 years I do know Real Estate prices have increased dramatically. But for some strange reason I have had this feeling over the last couple years that California real estate is going to take a big drop and hit hard.

So back to my question ...

What State & City are the Best for Real Estate Investments in the United States?

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz will be working at GOOGLE

Around May/June 2018 Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob has been asked if he would like to work on the new Google construction project in Mountain View California in Silicon Valley.

The only problem Robert is facing is Las Vegas Nevada will be starting another 3-4 year boom May/June 2018 with The Raiders Stadium, Resorts World Las Vegas, Paradise Park by (Steve Wynn) and a pro basketball stadium just to name a few.

Robert started visiting and traveling through the state of California in the mid 70's as a teenager and fell in love with the area so many years ago.
Since then Robert has lived in San Francisco, Goleta, Santa Barbara, Carpenteria and has been living in San Jose working construction for the last 3 years.

There are pros and cons on working at Google in Mountain View or working in Las Vegas. Both areas will be full of overtime and making serious money.

Several benefit's of working in Las Vegas is my wife is living there, (no) state income tax, homes are only 1/4 of the price as the Bay Area and I am licensed to sell Real Estate in Nevada.

Several benefit's of working in the Bay Area are milder summer temperatures, (double time) vs overtime on weekends and after 10 hours, one hour from the ocean and so much more to do over the weekends and time off.

Robert is really fit to be tied and has gone back and forth with whether he is going to continue working in the Bay Area and or work in Las Vegas.
Today is Saturday January 6th 2018 and I might find a great Fortune Teller and have my cards and fortune read today ;o)

New Google Expansion Mountain View - Benson Industries by Robert Swetz 2018

Benson Industries will start building the Google expansion in Mountain View California in Silicon Valley.

This project will have approx. 8 to 9 different phases run by different project managers for each phase and take approx. years to build.

This new Google expansion has already broke ground and will man/woman up with full construction crews in May/June 2018.

I am very happy to say that I have already been offered a job glazing this project. I have to make some huge decisions on whether I will work for Benson Industries on the new Google project or go to Las Vegas Nevada to work on the new Raiders Stadium and Resorts World Las Vegas.

Well finally after so many years in the waiting the Resorts World Las Vegas construction project will finally be going strong by winter of 2017 and spring of 2018.

I took this video and photograph of Resorts World almost 4 years ago when it was suppose to light up and it never did.

There are many local glaziers and glaziers around the nation that have been waiting for this project to be on it's way.

The General Glazing Contraction for this project is ENCLOS if anyone is interested.

I have some friends that are in good with Enclos Corp so if I want to work on this project I can. Or I might work on the (new) Google project in Mountain View for Benson Industries, I am undecided at the moment.

Well things aren't looking well for the company Equifax which was breached by hackers that stole approx. 140 million peoples information.

Millions of these people that had their information stole through Equifax are filing a class action lawsuit.

If Equifax goes down I guess we will only have to other companies to collect credit scores.

And just a heads up for anyone reading this post, it's going to get worse before it gets better.

With all this technology at our finger tips with smart phones etc, Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, unsecured email addresses, etc, our personal information is floating around the World Wide Web everywhere.

I am finally getting a break from work and some days off over Labor Day so it's off to Alaska for 4-5 days.

It's been a long time since I was in Alaska and I am looking forward to being with my wife and the boys.

I just finished booking my flight and the excitement has overwhelmed me. As you can see I pulled some photos from the Internet by Google searching Alaska Robert Vegas Bob Swetz.

For anyone that doesn't know what my favorite pass time is, it would be traveling and taking photographs and videos.

And as you can see from my photos I enjoy taking photos and videos of lakes, reflections, sunrises, sunsets, mountains and more.

I will definitely have my cameras in hand and will be traveling to my favorite places while I'm in Alaska.

For anyone that has never had the chance to visit Alaska I would suggest you put it in your bucket list.

And for anyone that doesn't think they will ever get the chance to visit Alaska in their life, here are some wonderful photos.

What can stop Zillow & Amazon in the Real Estate Industry?

Zillow, Amazon and other huge corporations continue to come up with new ways with software and apps to hurt and or control the Real Estate Industry.

For any of you that have either been a client for Zillow in the past as a real estate agent or broker you might know how Zillow works.

Lately their has been some much news, talk and blogging about Zillow and Amazon, on real estate networks, FaceBook and more.

All I can say is (BEWARE) of Zillow, Amazon and any other huge corporations that have any interest in the Real Estate Industry.

Heavy hitting corporations like Apple, Amazon, Google, Walt Disney Corp, FaceBook, etc, could take over and or purchase all of the real estate businesses and or industry if they wanted.

All of these companies mentioned (above) have been purchasing real estate for investments across the nation and around the world for many years now. I have been working in Silicon Valley in NorCal for about 2-3 years now and Google is purchasing as much of San Jose and they can get their hands on. Google, Apple, FaceBook, Amazon, Netflix, etc are building small community cities for their companies, campuses and more.

I seriously think the only thing that could stop any of these huge corporations taking over the Real Estate Industry would be a lawsuit and or rewriting the laws, etc that are protecting the Real Estate Industry from being bought out and or crushed by huge greedy corporations.

And don't think for a minute that a take over could never happen ... Anything is possible!
